Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

5 tips for getting ready for Christmas

1.  Start organizing your Christmas Gift List.  Who are you shopping for, what do you want to buy them?  Being prepared early helps you to be ready and organized when the sales come.  Staying organized, and shopping sales helps you save money.

2.  Put up your Christmas Lights.  You may be thinking, put up my Christmas lights? Its not even Thanksgiving, yet, but if you live in a state like me that gets a lot of snow, you'll thank me!  Put up your Christmas lights now before the big snow.  You aren't going to want to get out on the ladder and put out your lights when the weather is freezing and their is snow everywhere!

3.  Take your Family Christmas Photo for your family Christmas Cards.  Often if you start early, you can get great prices on photographer and great deals on Christmas Cards.  December is often very busy, so its helpful to get this done early.

4.  Let your kids make their Christmas Wish List.  I love the wish list, because often I don't know exactly what they want.  Start this list early, helps me to get find their wants on great shopping days, like Black Friday.

5.  De-clutter your Kids Toys.  This is a great time to go through all of your kids toys and clothes and get rid of things that they don't use.  You can donate them to Goodwill or other organization like that. This is a great way to get rid of things they no longer need and make room for new.

Christmas time is such a fun time to enjoy the holidays, family and fun.  Getting ready for Christmas early can help takes some of the stress out of your holidays and make it so you can enjoy all of the simple moments with your family and friends.  I love everything about Christmas; christmas lights and decorations, holiday music, delicious food and enjoying it surrounded by those that I love.
