Never have I experienced such an amazing set of headphones, and trust me, I have had my share of headphones.  I create the breath taking visual effects you see in big summer movies and my music gives me my much needed inspiration and focus.  So I spend a lot of time at my desk working at a computer terminal with my tunes.  But I am constantly up and down to talk with my colleagues about shots, going into reviews, and other transitory duties of my job.  

Up until now, my head phones literally tethered me to my desk.  To my frustration, my tethered earphones would catch on the armrest of my chair as I would spin out of my workstation to leave my workstation.  This would throw my ipad or other digital device to the floor.  Nothing adds stress to a moment like an expensive digital device being hurled onto the floor.  With my earphones around my neck, I would forget they were there leading to this constant state of near catastrophe. But that is now the thing of the past.  My wireless headphones from sol by Motorola make it so I can now simply stand up and freely move about.  These are also great at home allowing me to do other tasks with out the frustration of becoming ensnared in my earphone cables.

These headphones blow my mind. The range is amazing, I can still maintain connectivity from 40 feet away, through a cinder block wall.  The controls are directly on the headphones which further set you free from having to fuss with your digital device.  Need to skip a song, just double click the activation button on the right earphone. Go back a song, three quick clicks!  Pause, one click.  Volume, no problem it's all right there.  You can listen to music for hours all controlled and completely untethered.  And I mean hours!  

You can constantly listen all day on one charge.  If you are not constantly listening, you can easily go a week with out charging. Every time you power up, the head phones state exactly how many hours you have left on your charge.  I love it when I fire it up after a charge and I hear that, "more than 17 hours of playtime." Sadly, batteries don't last forever, and it is inevitable that you will find your self without a charge at some point.  No problem, you can plug in the provided cable to use power from your device like any standard headphone.

One of the best features is I can simultaneously pair it to both my ipad and iPhone at the same time allowing me to listen to my music or watch a movie and still receive calls.  Yeah, and there is that, it has a built in mic.  It is one of the clearest headsets both for me and whomever I am talking to that I have ever used.  For the iPhone/iPad crowd, if you hold down your activation button, Siri is summoned and simple speak your command.  If you find yourself listening to music in another room from your device, simple hold the button and ask Siri to play the song you want!  Ask her to read you your last text, or email!

This headset is a must for music lovers who don't want to be tied up in cables.  Oh, and the sound quality and comfort are superb. I can wear them all day with no discomfort.  They are heavier than smaller less technically advanced headphones, but the additional weight is virtually unnoticeable.  If they are on my head, they are around my neck.  I cannot, and will not, ever go back to traditional headphones.  If you live listening to music, watch movies on your digital device, heck, if you use earphones, these are a must have!  You will not be disappointed.  They have exceeded my expectations in just about every category.
